Transformational partnerships

Lower costs, new revenue streams and improved services to meet local needs.

Our portfolio of partnership arrangements offer you choice based on the size and complexity of your organisation.

Combining the right technology, skills and strategies that meet your needs, we have a proven track record for transforming services, delivering cost saving efficiencies, maximising your assets to generate new revenue streams and achieving better outcomes for local communities.

And, we know that partnerships don’t stand still. Our customers require the flexibility to adapt to changing market, legislative and customer needs. We ensure mechanisms are in place to adapt to new challenges once the contract is up and running.

Over the last 3 decades we have partnered with a range of local authorities of different sizes, with a range of needs. Here is an introduction to some of our transformational partnerships:

Our transformational partnerships

Sheffield City Council:  Our partnership with Sheffield City Council provides a range of services including, HR and payroll, revenues and benefits, IT, accounts payable and business change. Together we are investing innovation to improve services, for residents, at a lower cost for the Council and resulting in, better outcomes for the city. Since the partnership began, we have reduced costs for the Council by 30%, invested in the ICT infrastructure, launched online services for residents and Council employees, created over 40 jobs and supported the conversion of twelve local schools into academy or Trust status. A review of the contract demonstrated that, three years in, it is delivering significant benefits to the borough with overall savings of £31 million achieved alongside increased resident satisfaction. We’ve also provided strategic advice for the Council’s Affordable Housing Programme, which identified sites for social housing and helped to secure £20m plus external funding commitments for major highway improvements.
